TATA TIAGO EV FACELIFT SPIED FOR THE FIRST TIME

  • To get updated interiors and features
  • Brand’s most affordable EV

The Tata Tiago EV facelift has been spied testing for the first time, revealing several cosmetic updates to the brand’s entry-level electric hatchback. Despite the camouflage, key changes were visible, including revised headlamps, reworked front and rear bumpers, and updated tail-lamps. The test mule also appeared to be riding on a new set of wheels, while Tata Motors is expected to introduce funkier exterior colour options as part of the update.

Inside, the Tiago EV facelift is expected to receive a notable refresh, bringing it in line with newer Tata models. Updates are likely to include a larger touchscreen infotainment system, a redesigned instrument panel, and a new two-spoke steering wheel. Additionally, the feature list is expected to be expanded with equipment already seen on Tata’s latest offerings, improving overall cabin appeal and perceived quality.

Mechanically, the Tiago EV facelift is expected to remain unchanged. It will likely to continue with the same 19.2kWh and 24kWh battery pack options, offering a claimed driving range of around 315km on a single charge. With these updates, the Tiago EV is set to retain its position as Tata’s most affordable electric vehicle, while offering a fresher design and more modern features.
